Q:  Are there any FCC rules governing our call list?

A: Yes, you should only send JennyGram check-in calls to the following:

♥  past patients or clients;
♥  current patients or clients;
♥  prospects who have been referred or signed up;
♥  wellness card referrals

Q: How easy is it to add or delete numbers?

A: Simple! Log on to your account and choose the campaign you want to edit. Your changes take place immediately. You can add, drop, or change a number at your convenience, from any computer.

Q: How many different campaigns can I run each day?

A: As many as you would like! Mix and match patients to JennyGram’s empowering wellness tracks.

Q: How is my credit card charged?

A: We charge your credit card once for the yearly licensing fee of $299 less any discounts.  You then purchase call-packages which cost $150 each and contain 1000 calls. If you send out 50 calls a day, for one month, you will use approximately 1500 calls, or 1.5 call-packages. 

Q:  Do you leave messages on answering machines?

A:  No, that defeats the purpose of the check-in. If a patient or client does not pick up check-in calls for an extended period of time, you’ll know there may be a problem, or that this person is not suitable for the JennyGram program. Immediately after every campaign, your agency will receive a daily e-mail log report detailing who answered, who didn’t, and who needs a callback.

Q:  What about privacy?

A:  JennyGram is for informational purposes only, and  falls under the same guidelines as healthcare appointment reminders, test results and general reminders.  We don’t accept any private information…only phone numbers and an identifying marker of your choice. For example, your list could include the phone number, followed by the first three letters of the last name, followed by the first letter of the first name.  

Q: Can my agency charge for JennyGram’s Daily Check-in?

A: That’s up to you. Certainly a family member would think it a bargain to spend several dollars a month for the added security of the JennyGram Check-in program.
